Summer Camps 2017

Our summer camps are a chance for kids to immerse themselves in the world of art. Every Monday we create with clay so that it can be dried and fired in our kiln, the rest of the week we explore a variety of mediums within that week's theme.

Comics and Cartoons
(Short weeks) July 4-7 and August 8-11
Celebrate the timeless art form of comics and cartoons in this four day week camp. We will learn all about the techniques used by the best cartoonists and even write and create our own comics.

Famous Artists
July 10-14 and August 14-18
We will be inspired by the work of famous artists both past and present! Students will learn the techniques and ideas behind their work and use this knowledge to make their own original art.

Wild Kingdom
July 17-21 and August 21-25
This week is all about the wonderful world of animals. We'll learn about and create art based on wild animals from around the world as well as the cute and cuddly friends in our own backyards.

Canadian Wilderness
July 24-28 and August 28 - Sept 1
There is plenty to be inspired by in our country's wild outdoors. Whether you're camping on the West coast, swimming in Ontario's lakes or paddling silently by a great moose in the North you can't help but wonder at the bounty and the beauty before you.

World of Fantasy
July 31-August 4
Explore the fantastical creatures and magical lands from books, theater, movies and the stories conjured in your own brilliant minds.
