Cancellation Policy:
Program fees are non-refundable. School credit can be issued for cancellations made greater than14 days prior to the start of the program. School credit is transferable within families.

There is a $50 administration fee for changes requested less than 14 days prior to program start.

Make up Classes:
Freehand is not obligated to provide additional classes due to student absence but we do our best to ensure projects are finished and make up classes may be offered at the discretion of the instructor/school. Classes cannot be prorated or credited for missed classes or carried over to following sessions.

Should the studio need to cancel a course due to low enrollment, all students will be notified in advance, and full refunds issued.

Trial Classes:
Please contact the school to preregister for a Trial Class. Trial classes must be registered ahead of the class date, as drop ins are not allowed. Trial classes are charged the prorated cost of a single class.

Students are asked to dress for mess and comfort. We do our best to prevent staining of clothing by providing aprons and smocks but cannot ensure this.

Arrival and Pick-Up:
Studios are open 5 minutes before class start times. Please do not arrive earlier as we cannot provide supervision during set up.

All children's classes are drop-off and we have limited waiting space. Family events require parents to be present and supervise children.

Parents need to pick up children on time, at the end of the program. Please do your best to notify the school should you be running late or need to pick-up your child ahead of the scheduled time.

Behaviour and Respect:
We foster a community of positivity, safety and mutual respect. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner with both fellow participants and instructors alike. We reserve the right to make changes to existing enrolments based on this policy.

Artwork Storage:
Completed work can only be stored at the school for a period of 14 days. We cannot guarantee storage beyond this period but may be able to make accommodations if you contact us with a request.
